First Day in MTC

Hey guys!

I just arrived at the Provo MTC yesterday, so I got to meet my district and companion finally! My family dropped me off and it was really sad saying bye to them, but I'm also happy I can still talk to them weekly. I was nervous driving into the MTC but once I saw my companion I was just so excited!

I already love my district and I know these next two weeks are going to be so fun with them. It's fun running into friends from BYU- it definitely feels like a helaman halls reunion here. But it's nice to see familiar faces. We moved into our dorm room and had a welcome devotional the first day about the character of Christ. It's only been one day and I feel like I've already learned so much. It's our p-day today so we just played in the rec room as a district- we played a lot of jenga lol.

I'm genuinely just so excited to start classes and gain a deeper understanding of this gospel so I'm prepared to share it with others. I already love the MTC but I'm also eager to get to Missouri so I can just start sharing the gospel with others. I've only been here a day but I love my district and I love that I can study this gospel every day!
